This was the third time I've had the pleasure of working with Lisa Renfroe. Lisa helped me buy my first house in Pensacola. We visited house after house at that time and I almost gave up. Then after viewing one house in Camshire Meadows development, a decent house but no backyard for our 2 pups. So we left that house and not too long after Lisa called and said another house just came on the market. We met her again and it was perfect. Big backyard and just right for me, my partner and 2 pups. When we decided to sell because we wanted to travel in a camper, I contacted Lisa again . And with the same energy she used to sell me the house, Lisa put my home on the market. I wasn't sure what it would sell for. But Lisa put a number on it and it sold for the entire amount. Lisa is a start to finish realtor, she not only helps you to find a home, she'll help you find the right insurance company, a home inspector, she'll remind you of the ins and outs. Things you wouldn't necessarily be aware of. After house was sold we began our traveling, but I reminded Lisa that as soon as we were ready to settle back in Pensacola, I would be calling for her help. And call I did. Lisa furnished listings and when we asked about a house, she would find out if wiring was okay and if there were any problems about that particular structure, saving us a lot of time. It took lots of viewings this time around, but we finally found a home that meets all our needs. And of course, Lisa helped us find a great insurance company with very affordable premiums, a home inspector and so many other services. I could not have done this without Lisa's help and experience. She is an incredible realtor and an asset to Levin Rinke.
